    Expressing interest in a position does not guarantee a referral to a location for a site interview.  Referrals are made through the Human Resources Office for all openings The district does not consider the individual’s application complete until the district office has received all of the above documents.  In addition, each applicant under consideration for employment will have a district interview as part of the initial application process.  Once the applicant has completed each of these items, he or she will be eligible for employment consideration.   We ask that you do not contact the schools directly.  Application items should be sent to: Dr. Kim Clardy, Executive Director of Human Resources, Anderson School District Four, 315 East Queen Street, Box 545, Pendleton, SC, 29670; or faxed to 864.403.2099; or emailed to HR@anderson4.org.  Questions should be directed to HR@anderson4.org

    In compliance with NCLB, all teachers hired after the first day of the 2002-03 school year to teach core academic subjects in Title I school-wide programs or Title I targeted assistance programs must be highly qualified.  In addition, all teachers hired after the first day of the 2002-03 school year, for the purpose of reducing class size, whose salaries are paid through No Child Left Behind Act, Improving Teacher Quality Grant funds, who teach core academic subjects, must be highly qualified.  Finally, all teachers in all schools who teach core academic subjects, must be highly qualified.
