Consideration for any classified vacancy (positions that do not require professional certification) requires a completed classified application packet on file with the district. A completed application packet consists of the classified Anderson Four employment application, three professional work references, a criminal history consent form, and a district interview. Resumes are accepted in addition to the completed application packet. The classified application can be submitted and the additional forms printed from this Web site.
The completed application packet forms (to include resume and cover letter) may be mailed to the District’s Human Resources Office at:315 East Queen Street, Box 545, Pendleton, SC, 29670; ATTN: Human Resources; or faxed to (864) 403-2099; or emailed to HR@anderson4.org. Please indicate the position and vacancy number you are interested in when applying. Learn about employment openings as they happen, updates, and employment tips at Twitter.
Applications are kept on file and kept current for two years. Please indicate the types of vacancies in which you are interested on your application (Section I - Positions). For example: Secretary, Instructional Assistant, and Custodian. Your application will automatically be considered each time a search for those vacancies is conducted. You do not have to reapply for each individual vacancy that interests you. However, if you are interested in a vacancy type that has not been previously indicated on your application, you may contact us at HR@anderson4.org to add that position to your application. It is not necessary to complete an additional application. If you are contacted for an interview for a particular position, or a school or location that is not of interest to you, it is certainly your prerogative to decline the interview.
Referrals are made at the discretion of the classified recruiter. Referral listings are sent to the various schools or departments as positions become available. If your application is referred, the hiring principal or supervisor may schedule an interview. Individuals are selected for interview at the discretion of the appropriate principal or hiring supervisor. Applicants should not contact schools or hiring supervisors directly regarding vacancies. Further, expressing interest in a particular opening does not guarantee a referral for that opening.
